The earliest variety are made of plastic bags with water which is great for standing in front of the mirror to see what you look like. The most recent technology includes breast implant sizers that are more like breast pads that will make your breast s look more like they will after the implants have been placed.

I would caution you to understand that the breast augmentation videos out today are still stuck in the old fashioned method and that you will want to research your breast implant size decision a little deeper than that.
